Start Your Journey in Development Research
The Azunus Internship Programme is designed for motivated graduate students and early-career professionals who are passionate about evidence-based development. As an intern, you will work alongside experienced researchers and consultants on live projects, contributing meaningfully to our work while building your skills and professional network.
Interns are integrated into project teams and participate in all phases of our work — from research design and data collection to analysis, report writing, and client presentations. You will gain practical experience that complements your academic training and prepares you for a career in research, consulting, or the development sector.

ELIGIBILITY
Who Should Apply
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master's degree in a relevant field (economics, public policy, international development, statistics, social sciences, public health, or related discipline)
Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication in English (French is a plus)
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Stata, R, SPSS, or Python) is an advantage
Genuine interest in development research, policy analysis, or consulting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
